Drone Expo 2026 in New Delhi

The eighth edition of Drone Expo & Conference 2026 opened on 28 September at Yashobhoomi (India International Convention & Expo Centre), Dwarka, New Delhi. It runs until 30 September and is organised by Services International.

The show brings together drone manufacturers, component makers, technology companies, startups, researchers and prospective users. What stands out this year is the exhibitor mix. Alongside complete-drone makers, there are companies working on batteries, motors, composites, semiconductors, connectors and power systems. That reflects a wider shift: India wants to move from assembling drones to building the parts inside them.

The exhibition also covers applications such as agriculture, surveying and mapping, disaster management, security and inspection, plus services such as drone pilots, training institutes and insurance.

What it means for RPTOs and pilots: Events like this are where OEMs and employers look for trained talent. Certified pilots with a strong profile are well placed to be noticed.
